John Walter COLDRIDGE's marriage to Emily BURNELL, born around 1870, was registered in September 1909 in Dulverton [near Tiverton].

In 1911 John Walter is still working at the Royal Oak, now with his second wife Emily. John's daughter Ada is working in Exeter.

Ada's marriage announcement appeared in the Western Times, Exeter on Friday 11th June 1920:

Considerable interest was taken in a wedding on Saturday, at Topsham Parish Church, between Mr. H. C. WEST, third son Mr. and Mrs. C. WEST, of Topsham, and Miss Ada E COLDRIDGE, only daughter of Mr. and the late Mrs. J. W. COLDRIDGE, of Nadderwater.

Ada E COLDRIDGE's marriage at the age of 24 to Henry C WEST was registered in June 1920 in St Thomas.
