Richard COLDRIDGE was born in Upton Pyne in 1849 and is the eldest son of Richard & Elizabeth COLDRIDGE. He had 4 children and lived in Brighton, Wolborough and Bristol. Richard, Emily and 3 of their children emigrated to Canada in the early 1900s.

Frances later settled in North West Ontario in the Fort Frances area, and her mother must have followed later as the following record shows:

Emily Kate COLDRIDGE – Death 2nd February 1937 in Fort Frances, Ontario, aged 77.

Richard and Herbert settled in Vancouver, and the following records were found:

Mary Lee COLDRIDGE – Death 21st June 1983 in North Vancouver, age 85. Date of birth 1st January 1898 in London. Father Matthew BAKER. Widow of Herbert Henry COLDRIDGE.

Richard Hugh COLDRIDGE – Death 5th October 1984 in Vancouver, aged 94. Date of birth 13th May 1890. Wife Louise Muriel THORNTON.

Louise Muriel COLDRIDGE – Death 17th May 1989 in Vancouver, aged 90. Date of birth 23rd October 1898.
