Richard COLDRIDGE, born around 1747, is the eldest son of Thomas & Mary COLDRIDGE of Doddiscombsleigh. He married Anne when he was 28 and lived in Doddiscombsleigh where they had 3 sons, the first of whom died in infancy. They moved to Exeter by 1784 when the birth of their only daughter was recorded.
Richard COLDRIDGE married Anne MAY, born around 1751, on 23rd November 1775 in Dunsford, noting that Richard was from Doddiscombesleigh.

Thomas COLERIDGE was baptised on 29th May 1776. His burial was recorded 2 months later on 1st August 1776. [†]
John COLERIDGE was baptised on 17th September 1777.
Charles COLERIDGE was baptised on 30th January 1780.
