John & Mary Coldridge of Exeter
John COLDRIDGE, born in Doddiscombsleigh in 1815, is the third son of John & Betsey COLDRIDGE. He moved to Exeter where he worked as a carpenter but appears to have had no children by either of his marriages.
John COLDRIDGE, bachelor, Carpenter, residing Allhallows on the Walls, son of John COLDRIDGE, Yeoman & Mary EAST, spinster, Servant, residing Alphington, daughter of Samuel EAST, Cordwainer – Marriage 26th May 1838 in the Parish Church of St Mary Steps Exeter after banns. Both of full age. Both signed. Witnesses William EAST and Ann BENNETT.
