Henry COLDRIDGE, born in Doddiscombsleigh in 1837, is the eldest son of William & Maria COLDRIDGE, but appears to have adopted the spelling COLERIDGE in all BMD and census records found. He had 5 children and lived in Wolborough.

Henry COLERIDGE, age 30, bachelor, residing Newton Abbot, son of William COLERIDGE, Labourer, & Jane EVANS, age 27, spinster, residing Newton Bushel, daughter of Arthur EVANS, Labourer – Marriage 18th August 1867 in the Parish Church of Highweek after banns. Both signed. Witnesses ??? GAYE and Peter BEARNE.
