In 1891 Frances is recorded in Halifax and is widowed. I found the following report in the Notre Dame Bay Region, Twillingate Sun and Northern Weekly Advertiser:

Feb 5th, 1887. Schooner Wreck. The schooner Charles Graham is a total wreck near Halifax. Capt. [John] COLERIDGE of Newfoundland and all hands are lost.
